setPartialData

The setPartialData function will check whether the account was just created, and if not, it will set the response.localData field of response to response.data, and the response.data field to partialData. It will also set response.userTag to userTag. response, partialData, and userTag are the three arguments of the function. It has no return type. It's parameters are:
