getClosestNodesGlobal

The getClosestNodesGlobal function is used to find the nodes closest to a given node. hash value. It returns an array of node IDs sorted in an ascending order of their distance from the given node. The number of nodes to return is specified by the count argument. It's parameters are:

-hash - the hash of the node -count - the number of elements to be returned
